What are the maximum and minimum production limits for each letter?

Minimum Size: For letters with 2″ returns, the minimum stroke thickness is 1/2″. For 3″ returns, the minimum stroke thickness is 1″ to ensure structural integrity and consistent illumination.

Maximum Standard Size: The largest standard size available through the online quoting system is 36″ x 36″. If your artwork exceeds this size, it will be proportionally scaled down during the quoting process.

Custom Maximum Size: Letters up to 48″ x 48″ can be produced upon special request. These larger sizes require a custom order, may involve additional production fees, and longer processing times. For estimates beyond the automated options, please submit your request via email.
How long is the wiring/cord?
Each stainless steel letter comes standard with a 3-foot power cord, pre-installed for convenient wiring during installation. Additional cord length can be provided upon request and will incur an additional charge based on the required extension.
Are installation accessories provided?
Installation accessories are not included by default, but optional hardware kits are available for purchase. We offer simplified mounting accessories designed for quick installation without the need to disassemble the letters. These kits include mounting screws and other essential components for a clean, secure setup.
How long is the production time?
The standard production time for stainless steel channel letters is 15 business days, plus shipping. Orders that include custom Pantone or non-standard colors may require an additional 3 or more days for color matching and finishing. Rush production options may be available upon request, depending on current workload and material availability.
